After many requests, we are excited to announce that we are trialling 6 different courses of adult education! If you want to learn something new, or want to fill your day with a different activity, we've got you covered!

These courses will take place on Mondays and Sundays from 10:30AM - 3:30PM. Each course is limited to 8 people.

Keeping Herps Happy: Sunday 2nd October - £180 per person

Learn how to look after reptiles, including enclosure set-up, life-support systems, diet and husbandry, reptile handling and more!

Photography: Monday 3rd October - £90 per person

Learn some new skills and techniques whilst snapping some photos of a variety of exotic species at the zoo. Exclusive access to many animals; including our photography hatch in the snow leopard enclosure!

Mini gardens and Terrariums: Sunday 9th October - £90 per person

Join our Director Jo, and learn about plants on a whole new scale! Join group discussions and get stuck in to creating your own live miniature gardens.

Zookeeping: Monday 10th October - £180 per person

Be a zookeeper for the day! Learn all there is to know about the day-to-day running of the zoo, and take part in a variety of tasks including: food preparation, cleaning enclosures, making enrichment, feeding animals and more!

Art (Traditional): Sunday 16th October - £90 per person

Working from (very) live models, you'll have the opportunity to experiment with various media to capture movement, personality and gesture from some very exciting animals.

Art (Animal Participation): 17th October - £180 per person

Take a step into the wilder side of art, by letting the animals show you how! Have a go at using more unique techniques, such as footprint casting, pawprint painting and using materials from the animals to craft...
