Admission prices

Prebooked parties (of 12 or more), in addition to the price discount, are offered a 'touch tour' of the Wildlife Oasis. This allows group members to get up close to or even literally to get to grips with a variety of animals not normally encountered during the regular handling sessions.

School groups

For schools, we offer free entrance to a single teacher per class. All other accompanying teachers and extra adults are charged only at the child party rate. All educational groups are offered a full touch tour around the indoor sections of the Oasis, normally lasting one to one and a half hours. An experienced guide will emphasise topics such as classification, camouflage etc. as requested. Also on request work sheets are available for various ages (contact us for a master copy so you can make your own copies). These are provided and posted free of charge.

Birthday parties

The Oasis is a great venue for kids' birthday parties. For pre-booked parties of at least 10 children we will provide a touch-tour of the Oasis, with opportunities for handling some unusual animals. Also included in the price is a full kid's meal in our cafe -either a hot meal or cold buffet. This package costs £8.50 per child; contact the Oasis (see left) for more information.

    Keeper for a day and Junior keeper

The Oasis is pleased to be able to offer a rare opportunity to be a keeper for the day and a shorter version for juniors.  You will get to care for, feed and interact with exotic animals, and get a taste of what it is like to be a zoo keeper. This would make a fantastic present for any animal enthusiast, and at a fraction of the price of many large zoos. £98.50 gives you a whole day, 10.00-4.00, with your lunch included and £54.50 for the shorter junior keeper version (lunch not included.) See the keeper for the day and junior keeper page for more info.
